Plans for the development include two hotels, 3,500 apartments, retail shopping, more than 800 single‑family home sites for townhomes and villas, 180,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and offices. Also planned, is a boardwalk‑like restaurant row along the lakefront in the development. Other amenities include a 5,000 seat outdoor amphitheater and residential amenity center with plans for a kid splash park and pool for residents. Project includes a PID of $43m and an EB‑5 Loan currently programmed at $255m.
