Westlake, Texas. A Master‑Planned Village based upon the pre‑automobile development patterns of a true pedestrian‑scaled environment. 85.9 acres located at the South‑East corner of Davis Boulevard and HWY 114. PID of $32m to cover all required development infrastructure was funded in 2015. Village to include 322 Residential Units, 1.1m sq ft of Office/Retail/Shops, 2 Hotels with residential condos on the Plaza, and a 3,000 seat outdoor Amphitheater.  EB‑5 Loan in excess of $150,000,000 for Westlake Entrada and Riverwalk is closed and fully funded with vertical construction operations underway.
