Flower Mound, Texas. 19‑acre, Mixed‑Use Entertainment District located on the Riverwalk at the heart of the 108‑acre Master Planned Development. The Entertainment District will include 52,000 sqft of Restaurants and Retail, with water’s edge dining experiences featuring views of Rebecca Falls. Another 150,000 sqft of office and Medical Office frame both sides of a central Promenade tieing FM 2499 in with the Riverwalk. Project infrastructure was partially funded by a $16m PID. EB‑5 Loan in excess of $150,000,000 for Westlake Entrada and Flower Mound Riverwalk is closed and fully funded with vertical construction operations underway.
