Acquistion
Once the target parcel has been fully Zoned and Entitled, the project enters into the Acquisition phase. Mooreland has acquired in‑depth experience in all manners of Ownership, whether it be through outright cash purchase, bank financing, Seller Financing or a Joint‑Venture Structure with the current Owner. Each project is unique, and flexibility is required to keep all parties interests aligned during this phase. The Mooreland Funds typically play a role in the acquisition process, where Individual and Corporate Partners can participate alongside a Mooreland Equity position in the acquisition of the asset to become a financial partner moving forward in the process.
