The 18‑hole course will be re‑opened as an Executive 9‑hole with the additional development of a dense, 40‑acre, vertically‑integrated mixed‑use Village on the water and golf course. Uses include 1650 units of MF, 200 Single Family Units, 200 Units of AL, 120 of MC and up to 200,000 sqft of commercial space including Retail, Office and Restaurants. Project is slated to utilize a PID and EB‑5 Loan to fund the Public Infrastructure.
